Refund Policy

1. Scope

IntentifyX offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all Premium subscriptions. This policy applies to STARTER, PRO, and any other paid plans of IntentifyX.

2. Refund Period

Users may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the purchase date of their Premium subscription. After this period, refunds will not be granted except in exceptional circumstances at IntentifyX's discretion.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to refunds@intentifyx.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email and transaction number (if available)
  • Briefly explain the reason for your request
  • Requests will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within the 30-day period
  • The account has not been suspended or terminated for terms violation
  • No previous refunds have been issued for the same account in the last 12 months
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

For subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day period but before the end of the billing period:

  • No partial refunds will be granted for unused periods
  • Premium access will continue until the end of the paid billing period
  • The subscription will not renew automatically

6. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment and therefore does not apply for refunds. Users may cancel their account at any time at no charge.

7. Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
