What does WhatsX Business do?

A CRM that lives inside WhatsApp Web. Open a chat and the panel detects the contact, pulling up their profile, pending orders, notes, and purchase history — all in one click.

Client profiles in the side panel

Each contact has a name, phone, tags (VIP, client, lead), notes, and a purchase history. All editable without leaving the chat.

Orders and sales

Log orders with product, amount, payment method, and delivery date. Track status (pending / paid / cancelled) directly from the client profile.

Reminders with notifications

Set reminders with an alarm. Chrome notifies you at the exact moment and you can open the WhatsApp chat straight from the notification.

Templates that insert themselves

Store frequent messages by category (sales, support, service). One click and the template types itself into the WhatsApp Web composer.

All data is stored on your device (IndexedDB). No server upload required for the CRM. Your IntentifyX account is optional — only needed for extra plans and support.

Global orders table with status filters. Log product, quantity, amount, payment method, and delivery date. Export everything to CSV/Excel in one click.

Reminders with alarms

Set reminders with 1h, 3h, 24h presets or a custom date. Chrome fires the notification and, if the contact has a number, you can open the WhatsApp chat directly from it.

Templates that type into the chat

Categorize frequent messages under sales, support, or service. One click pastes the text into the WhatsApp Web composer. Up to 8 templates on the free plan.

Client list with search

Search any client by name or phone, switch profiles without closing the conversation, and export your entire base to CSV or Excel at any time.

Local data, no mandatory server

The CRM lives in IndexedDB in your Chrome. Optionally sync via Chrome Sync. Your IntentifyX account handles plans and support — it does not store your client data.

How it works

Install WhatsX Business

Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Free to start — no payment or card required.

Open WhatsApp Web

Go to web.whatsapp.com. WhatsX auto-detects the open chat and pulls up that client's profile immediately.

Manage from the side panel

Open the panel with the extension icon. Log orders, set reminders, write notes, and use templates — all without leaving the chat.

Track your sales pipeline

Open the Kanban board from Settings and move your prospects through stages: Lead, Contacted, Proposal, Closed, or Lost.

How the panel works in practice, step by step.

The panel detects the active chat

When you open a conversation on WhatsApp Web, the side panel automatically identifies the contact's name and phone number. If they already have a profile in your CRM, it loads instantly.

Create or edit a client profile

Assign tags (VIP, client, lead), write notes in the carousel, and log past purchases. The profile is saved locally in your Chrome.

Log an order during the conversation

From the profile tap 'New order': fill in product, amount, payment method, and delivery date. The order appears in the global table and in the client's history.

Create a template and use it in the chat

In the Templates tab save frequent messages (quote, confirmation, follow-up). Select one and the text types itself into the WhatsApp Web composer.

Schedule a reminder with an alarm

From the profile or Reminders tab choose 1h, 3h, 24h or a custom date. Chrome will notify you at that moment and you can open the chat directly from the notification.

Move the lead in the pipeline

Open the Kanban board from Settings, drag the client card to the right stage, and export the pipeline to CSV or Excel whenever you need it.

Privacy & data

Your clients and orders are stored on your device, not on our servers.

Local data (IndexedDB)

The full CRM — clients, orders, notes, reminders — lives in your Chrome. No one else can access it without your permission.

No automatic message sending

WhatsX Business never sends messages on its own. Templates prepare the text but you decide when to press Enter.

Optional Chrome Sync backup

Optionally enable Chrome Sync to recover your client base on another device. Opt-in, not required.

Optional IntentifyX account

The CRM works without an account. The IntentifyX account is for future plans and support — it does not store your client data.
